Terms of service
These terms apply when a business outside Türkiye orders a website from Zephiva. In short: we build a free sample, you approve it in writing, we publish it, and you pay within 7 days after launch. The domain is yours.
Who we are
Zephiva is a trading name of Umut Adıyaman, a sole trader established in Türkiye ("we"). Contact details are at the end of this page.
Who these terms are for
Our services are offered to businesses, sole traders and other professional customers ("you"), not to consumers. By ordering you confirm that you act for business purposes.

Prices are in euro. We are established outside the EU and the UK, so we do not charge EU or UK VAT; if you are VAT-registered you may need to account for it under the reverse-charge rules of your country.
How a contract is formed
We send you a written order summary (plan, price, domain, delivery time). The contract is formed when you reply "I have read and accept" or similar written confirmation. Keep that message; so will we.
Free sample
The sample site is free and without obligation. If you do not approve it, no contract is formed and you owe nothing. Sample sites are marked as previews and are not indexed by search engines.
Delivery and changes
After your approval we publish your site within the delivery time of your plan, subject to you providing the information we need (for example photos or domain choice). Revision rounds are included as listed. Requests beyond that are quoted separately before any work starts.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days after your site goes live, by bank transfer to the account stated on our invoice. We never ask for card details, passwords or one-time codes. If payment is not made, we may take the site offline after written notice.
Domain and ownership
Your domain is registered in your name. Once paid, the site content and files are yours to use, change and host anywhere; on request we confirm this in a signed licence. When you ask, or when maintenance ends, we provide the files and the domain transfer code free of charge. Third-party components (fonts, maps) remain under their own licences.
Maintenance
The first year of maintenance is included. From the second year it is €99 per year. We remind you in writing at least 30 days before each renewal, and maintenance renews only when you confirm and pay: never automatically. If you change your mind within 14 days of paying for a renewal, we refund it in full. You can stop at any time; we then hand over the site files and the domain transfer code free of charge, before the domain expires.
Your content
You confirm that the information, logos and photos you give us are yours to use and are accurate. We may refuse content that is unlawful or misleading.
Liability
We build with care but do not guarantee search rankings or a particular number of customers. Our total liability under a contract is limited to the price you paid under it, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for intent or gross negligence).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We will always try to resolve a disagreement by talking first.
