Privacy notice

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We only process the personal data you send us when you contact us or order a website, and only to answer you and do the work.

Who is responsible

Umut Adıyaman, trading as Zephiva, Türkiye, is the controller of your personal data (contact: hello@zephiva.com).

What we process and why

• Messages you send us (name, business name, phone number, email, what you write): to reply and to prepare your sample. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Order and invoice data: to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Public business information (for example your listing on Google Maps): when we contact a business about a website, based on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to that business (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time: reply "STOP" or "no thanks" and we will not contact you again. We then delete your data and your sample site, keeping only your phone number or email on a do-not-contact list.

This website

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver the pages securely. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Map embeds on sample sites load only after you click "Show map".

Who we share data with

Only service providers we need: our hosting provider (Vercel), WhatsApp (Meta) or our email provider when we message each other through them, software and AI tools we use to draft sample sites and organise our work (Anthropic and Google), and our domain registrar when we register a domain for you. We do not sell personal data or use it for anyone else's advertising.

International transfers

We are based in Türkiye, so when you message us you send your data to us in Türkiye; the GDPR and UK GDPR still apply to how we handle it. Some of our providers (Vercel, Meta, Google, Anthropic) process data in the USA under their own data processing terms, which rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where available. Ask us for details at any time.

How long we keep it

Sample sites: removed as soon as you say no, and at the latest 90 days after our last contact. Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months. Contract and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Do-not-contact list: for as long as your objection applies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
